What’s the Status of My Order?
You can check the status of your order on the Orders page on gcommerce.glass.
Next to your order on the Orders page, you’ll see the shipping status:
To find your order:
1. Sign in to gcommerce. glass.
2. Click the Your Account icon.
3. Click Orders.
4. Find your order on the Orders page.
I don’t have a GCommerce account
If you don’t have a G-Commerce account, you’ll get an email when your order is shipped. If you want to contact support you can reply directly to the email receipt you received when you purchased your order.
